They are built the same way: washable pre-filter, activated carbon and True HEPA, plus an optional ionizer stage on both, PlasmaWave on Winix 5530 and a switchable ioniser on Coway Airmega AP-1512HHS. Coway rates its filters at about a year; Winix does not publish a replacement interval.

Anyone who wants 3 years of warranty, Google Home as well as Alexa, and an Eco Mode that shuts the fan off when the air is clean, in a compact unit for a bedroom or condo. For certified airflow, a quieter night setting and lower power use, Winix 5530 is the better value.
