EcoNet Controls is a smart home water protection company founded in 2016, best known for the Bulldog valve robot, a motorized actuator that fits over an existing levered ball valve to shut off a home's main water line when a leak sensor trips. Its range also includes wireless leak sensors and a Matter-certified door lock. Models come in Z-Wave Plus, Wi-Fi and Matter over Wi-Fi versions that work with Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home and SmartThings, and the Matter version works on its own with no hub or internet connection.
