eKyro is a smart home brand built around universal Wi-Fi garage door controllers that retrofit an existing opener instead of replacing it, alongside a small range of smart plugs. Its garage controller connects to most openers through a dry contact wiring connection, ships with a door sensor for open and left-open alerts, and supports Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Siri with no hub and no monthly fee. The company sells mainly through Amazon and its own website.
