Flume is an American company founded after California's 2014 drought to make household water use visible. Its single product line is the Flume smart water monitor, a strap-on sensor that reads the existing residential water meter magnetically and relays usage to a Wi-Fi bridge indoors, so it needs no plumbing work. The app reports real-time consumption by fixture, sets budgets, and sends leak alerts for both catastrophic bursts and slow drips.
View FlumeLiftMaster is the professional grade brand of Chamberlain Group, the Illinois company that also owns the Chamberlain consumer line, and its garage door openers, gate operators and commercial door systems are sold through authorised dealers and installers rather than retail shelves. Its products are built around the myQ platform, which adds Wi-Fi control, activity history, scheduled closing and, on newer models, built-in video to the garage. LiftMaster openers use the Security+ 2.0 rolling code radio and support Amazon Key in-garage delivery.
