Phyn is an American smart water company, created in 2016 as a joint venture between Belkin International and Uponor, that makes whole-home water monitoring and shutoff devices. Its products read pressure and flow on the main line, learn the home's normal water use, detect leaks and plumbing problems, and can close the supply automatically. They connect over Wi-Fi with no hub and work with Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT, with water use reporting by fixture in the Phyn app.

YoLink uses its own long-range LoRa wireless technology to connect smart home sensors and devices across large properties where Wi-Fi and Zigbee struggle. Its catalog includes leak sensors, door sensors, sirens, valve controllers and smart plugs, managed through the YoLink app and hub. YoLink is popular for whole-property monitoring thanks to its long wireless range.
