Schlage is an American lock manufacturer founded in 1920 and part of Allegion since 2013, best known for residential deadbolts and door hardware certified to the highest BHMA grades. Its smart lock range covers the Wi-Fi Encode and Encode Plus families plus Z-Wave and Bluetooth models, managed through the Schlage Home app. The Encode Plus adds Apple Home and Apple home keys for tap-to-unlock with an iPhone or Apple Watch, alongside Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice control.
