ULTRALOQ is the smart lock brand of U-tec, a Silicon Valley company that designs keyless entry hardware for the home. Its range covers the U-Bolt and Bolt deadbolt families and the Latch and Lever lines, typically combining fingerprint reading, a keypad, app control and a mechanical key in one lock. Newer models add built-in Wi-Fi or Matter over Thread, so they work with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Google Home without a separate bridge.

SwedenYale is one of the oldest lock brands in the world and today part of Assa Abloy, with its North American smart lock business run by Fortune Brands Innovations. Its residential smart range centres on the Assure Lock 2 family, sold as keypad or touchscreen deadbolts in wired and key-free versions, plus the Approach and Linus lines. Connectivity is modular: the same lock body accepts Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, Matter or Apple Home Key modules, and everything is managed through the Yale Access app.
