2026 verdict
Is there a reason to skip the Reolink E1 Pro?
Not really: it comes out ahead of the Aqara Camera E1 as the better indoor camera, with a higher rating, a longer warranty, broader connectivity, RTSP support, and richer alerts. Beyond those five areas, the two cameras are evenly matched, with price, weather resistance, storage, video resolution, night vision, and motion features all coming out as ties. The Aqara Camera E1 does not lead on any single compared spec, but with so much of the rest of the sheet tied, it remains a reasonable option for anyone who does not specifically need RTSP streaming or the wider connectivity and alert toolkit. For nearly every use case, the Reolink E1 Pro is the safer choice thanks to its rating, warranty, and connectivity edge, while the Aqara Camera E1 only makes sense if those specific advantages do not matter for your setup.
