What the differences mean

A hub, not just a lens

The Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro PoE is a Zigbee coordinator, a Thread border router and a Matter bridge, so other sensors can join through the camera. Its own Matter integration as a camera is not listed. The Reolink Duo 3 PoE has none of those hub roles. If you are buying a camera only, that block is unused weight. If you wanted a hub anyway, it is the deciding extra.

4K span against a smarter 2K

The Reolink Duo 3 PoE lists 4K and about 180 degrees horizontal, IP67, color night vision and a light. The Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro PoE is 2K, about 133 degrees horizontal, IP65, also with color night vision and a light, and it does not list 4K. The Reolink sees a wider, sharper outdoor scene. The Aqara sees a more ordinary cone and spends its advantage on alerts and the hub.

Card, cloud, or card only

Both have a microSD slot, continuous history, offline events and RTSP, and neither ships with a card. The Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro PoE also lists subscription cloud.
