It records 2K and 4K instead of 1080p, connects on 5 GHz Wi-Fi as well as 2.4 GHz and adds a built-in light, while keeping everything the older model does well: 360 degree pan and 180 degree tilt with motion tracking, an IP65 body, color night vision, free 24/7 microSD recording and free smoke and CO alarm sound alerts. The Wyze Cam Pan v3 answers with a lower price, a slightly wider 120 degree lens against 105.4 degrees, and glass break and baby cry alerts on Cam Plus that the v4 does not list. Neither camera offers RTSP, and both work with Alexa, Google Home and Home Assistant. Buy the Wyze Cam Pan v4 for the image and the dual-band Wi-Fi, and the Wyze Cam Pan v3 only if the lowest price matters most.
