The Smlight SLZB-MRW10 is much more capable, adding a Z-Wave 800 controller, dual-network operation, network connectivity and a Bluetooth proxy. The Smlight SLZB-07P10 is cheaper and simpler, so it wins on price for a Zigbee-only USB setup.

Scope. The SLZB-MRW10 is a multi-protocol network coordinator (Zigbee plus Z-Wave 800, with dual-network) over Ethernet, PoE, Wi-Fi and USB, while the SLZB-07P10 is a USB-only Zigbee stick with a +3dB antenna. Both do Thread; only the MRW10 does Z-Wave.

Only the Smlight SLZB-MRW10, thanks to its Z-Wave Series 800 chip. It can control Z-Wave devices alongside Zigbee from one unit. The Smlight SLZB-07P10 is Zigbee (and Thread) only, so it would need a separate Z-Wave controller.
