The Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Ultra is a Zigbee coordinator, so it pairs Zigbee 3.0 devices from Sonoff and other brands. The TP-Link Tapo H500 has no Zigbee radio: its sensors, buttons and switches connect over TP-Link's Sub-1 GHz radio, which means Tapo devices only.

Camera recording

This is what the TP-Link Tapo H500 is built for. It stores recordings from up to 16 Tapo cameras and doorbells on 16GB of eMMC or on a 2.5-inch drive of up to 16TB that you add. The Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Ultra has 8GB of eMMC for its own use and no role in video.
