2026 verdict
A newer Intel platform and three drive bays give the Geekom IT13 2026 Edition (Ultra 7 32GB + 1TB) the edge over the Apple Mac Mini (M2 Pro 16GB + 512GB), winning on warranty, memory capacity and storage capacity.
It pairs a Core Ultra 7 356H, a 50 TOPS AI Boost NPU and 32 GB of DDR5 that reaches 64 GB with a 1 TB drive plus an M.2 2242 SATA slot and a 2.5 inch bay. The Apple Mac Mini (M2 Pro 16GB + 512GB) answers with a 10-core M2 Pro, a 16-core GPU, four Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, an internal power supply and macOS, and it is the cheaper, better-reviewed machine. The Mac's 16 GB and 512 GB are soldered, while the Geekom can grow. Choose the Geekom IT13 2026 Edition (Ultra 7 32GB + 1TB) for Windows, expansion and on-device AI, and the Apple Mac Mini (M2 Pro 16GB + 512GB) for Apple silicon and Thunderbolt 4.
