The GoveeLife Smart Wireless Motion Sensor wins overall on connectivity, low-battery alerting and detection range, even though the Arlo All-in-One Sensor wins on price, owner rating and its broader sensor set.

What each one senses. The Arlo All-in-One Sensor reads motion, ambient light and temperature, while the GoveeLife Smart Wireless Motion Sensor is motion-only, built specifically to trigger Govee lights, plugs and other Govee devices.

Neither does directly. The GoveeLife Smart Wireless Motion Sensor only appears inside the Govee app (plus Home Assistant and IFTTT), and the Arlo All-in-One Sensor supports Google Home and Alexa, but only once paired with a compatible Arlo Security System hub or keypad, since it has no standalone Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Z-Wave or Thread radio.
