The Arlo All-in-One Sensor answers with a friendlier price, and like the Philips Hue Motion Sensor it cannot work standalone, Arlo needs a compatible Arlo Security System hub or keypad since it carries no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Z-Wave or Thread radio, while Hue needs its own Bridge. For deep app customization (schedules, zones, dark-only triggers) inside a wide range of ecosystems, the Philips Hue Motion Sensor is the better buy; for the lowest price on a sensor already sharing an Arlo or Google/Alexa household, the Arlo All-in-One Sensor still gets the job done.
