UGREEN does not state hardware transcoding support for this model, so we have left it unconfirmed rather than assume it. If Plex conversion is the main use, the DXP4800 Plus with Intel integrated graphics is the documented choice.
How does it differ from the DXP4800 Plus?
The GT trades the Plus's Intel processor and confirmed transcoding for an AMD Ryzen with ECC memory and a second 10 GbE port. Bays, raw capacity, M.2 slots and the SD reader are the same.
