What owners say

Dreame X50 Ultra owners who have lived with it for a year describe an unusually hands-off routine: vacuum on weekdays, mop on weekends and go weeks without touching dust or dirty water. They like the app, the mapping and the editable map that routes it around pet bowls and toys, and they credit a chassis that climbs thresholds. Their complaints are specific: main-brush-tangle errors that come back after cleaning, wheel-contact faults, mop heads that break and warranty support declined on Amazon purchases, plus a sound some find louder than rivals.
