What the differences mean
Room sensors
The Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium includes a remote sensor and can follow whichever room is occupied, which is what fixes a cold bedroom or a hot upstairs. The Sensi Smart thermostat does not support remote sensors, so it heats to the reading on its own wall.
Air quality
Only the Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium measures CO2 and VOCs and alerts you when the air gets stale. The Sensi Smart thermostat senses temperature and humidity and stops there.
Screen and controls
